I have 2 ferrets that have a tendency toward stomach problems. They vet has checked them thoroughly, and there is nothing he can find wrong, but they are finiky. Little changes in food and other things will cause them to have nausea. These 2 ferrets can take Amoxi without problems, but cannot tolerate Clavamox. When I try to use Clavamox on them, they will end up vomiting, and will stop eating. When they need something stronger then Amoxi, we go to injected antibiotics at this point.
