Pertwee had adrenal symptoms at age one and left adrenal surgery soon
after. Ker Avon was a year and a half old when he had his adrenal
surgery and, fortunately, his symptoms never recurred. Pertwee wasn't
so lucky. He had a second adrenal surgery at a year and a half old.
The good news: both are happy and healthy weasels today. Avon is four
and a half and Pertwee is four.
Yeah, it's very, very possible at two. Our vet has actually seen one
case at eight months.
Is there a bright side? Kodo is eight and has never had adrenal
disease.
All the best,
