I tried asking this once, I apologize if this is the second time but it did=
not seem to get through.
I have a 7 yr old gib that seems to be passing blood in his stool/rectally.=
Seems normal otherwise, not on any meds for anything. =
I will be trying to get a stool sample to the clinic but meanwhile need t=
o know what to discuss with my vet and what tests to ask for as. =
(1) he 'undershoots' everything and I hate that and (2) he sort of relies o=
n me and the lists - so at least he listens which I do like - but the press=
ure is on me to go whatever distance. =
So again, what conditions can be causing this and what tests should we do? =
Unfortunately they do not have an ultrasound with a tip small enough for a=
ferret I don't think. =
