Frank blood (red), or digested blood (black)? If it is frank then the problem is low and could be anything from a colonic growth to a small rectal tear. If the feces is black and tarry and the ferret is showing signs of stomach discomfort like tooth grinding then a person think pretty fast of ulcers, though there are other possibilities.
