Depending on where you live ( some countries
don 't have distemper) , I would make sure his
distemper series was completed, and if not get the shots
at the vet, and the booster in 2 weeks, then introduce them.
I would also test for ADV, in NJ,NY,CT,PA we have
seen our share of ADV coming from petstore ferrets- well
probably from distributors and breeders but they end
up in the pet store. I am sure it is true of other states as well.
