bald from shoulder blades to tail, or did she have a mighty shed where the new fur was already on it's way in when the old came off? if she was a pinkie, that's adrenal. remember the hair loss is cyclical and doesn't mean adrenal isn't at work; once bald that's definite. i have seen some boys have diarreah with adrenal disease; at this point i'd consider surgery and while the vet is in there perhaps he can take a walk through the intestines to see how they look. good luck!
