Is the blood liquid on the surface of the poop, or is it just tinted red? If the latter, make sure he's not eating anything unusual that would cause it. It wouldn't be the first time someone has said they saw blood in their ferret's stool and it ended up the ferret had found some red twizzlers or something similar. Just a thought.
