I have never had a problem before with ear mites and have not taken on
any new animals for 6 months, and none of the animals interact with
other animals only ones in our household. I have checked the other
animals ears and he is the only one having this ear problem so I'm
assuming it is a fungal infection. The vet will be able to tell me for sure...
Ummm since this is the first time in 7 yrs I have had a ferret with ear
problems, how do they tell which fungal infection it is. Do they take a
scraping and look under a microscope? Just curious about the
procedure.Thanx
