I have a very serious problem. My ferret, Mercury,
has adrenal disease. I have not taken her to the vet
yet, but I know she has it because she is losing the
fur on the base of her tail. I have many questions
and if any of you who have dealt with this before
could help me out here, please take the time to
answer them.
What are her chances of surviving the surgery?
How long will she live after the surgery?
Will she loose all of her fur?
How costly is the surgery?
Will she need a special diet, or anything else
special?
I am so worried and scared for her. She is only
three years old. I am so very sad. :(
