I had a ferret with asthma - and he was prescribed Theophylline 2x a day and
breathin shots when he had a bad episode. Once he was on the theophylline for
a while, he almost completely stopped having attacks (they went from weekly
to one every couple of months). Garrett did very well with taking these
medications and they really helped his breathing.
