Having been through this I must agree that Adrenal disease is the most
likely cause. My vet has preformed a total of 6 Adrenal surgeries for me
within the past year (4 in the past month) and will be doing another
within the next few weeks. While not a Ferret specialist, he is an
excellent doctor and surgeon and is located in Hudson County, NJ. I
trust him completely! You might try contacting him....
