I sure hope it isn't the lympho.
It can be hard to be exactly sure that something is in or on a lung. Even on something as large as a human that can happen -- spoken as someone who years ago had a physician wanting to crack her chest but who held out for more testing which found a swollen node behind a lung that cleared up fine once the right antibiotic was found.
