Mare, you will find over and over that the vets on this list
recommend surgery by a ferret knowledgeable vet for adrenal growths
except when a serious medical problems make surgery impossible.

The tumor on the tail could be a chordoma; read bout it at the site
below and compare. For that an amputation of part of the tail is
best done.

I am not a vet, but I don't know of any reason why these two
operations could not be done together.

Lupron may slightly slow the growth of adrenal tumors; last i heard
Charles Weiss thought that it might, but it won't cure them and will
have to be repeated as the disease progresses and the medical effects
wear down. Surgery can cure them.
