Have you considered trying a kibble that has different meat sources and different starches in case the ferret may have an allergy or intolerance to a meat or starch source? (You can also do this by preparing the meat or starch in the food, or trying a baby food with each of those and doing a graduated challenge -- little bit at first then slowly work up each day or perhaps even half day in a ferret if no reaction.)

It may alos be that if you are using one container of kibble then the kibble in that container may have gone bad.

Alternatively, and may be most likely -- your little one just needs more time.
