I had a ferret named Esperanza who did very well on orally administered,
palatably flavored, liquid Baytril. It was the only thing that got rid
the urinary tract infections she had (until they finally went away). Amoxi
didn't bother her, either, it just didn't get rid of the infection. She
did not need an IV.
