I'm not a vet, but high blood glucose after insulinoma surgery in the
short term is pretty normal. Ker Avon's was 350. The good news is that
it usually settles down to normal within 10 days. At 2 weeks after
surgery his BG was a nice, healthy 131. He's absolutely fine. I
wouldn't do anything yet except keep monitoring and keep checking with
your vet.

Yeah, that seems to be normal too. Our vet says insulinoma surgery is
more difficult on these little ones than adrenal surgery is. Avon
really wasn't himself for a solid week.
