While I hate to be hitting the same note over and over again, we are just beginning to understand how common IBD in ferrets is, and a previous history of ECE is probably the most reliable indicator of IBD in ferrets. Plus if only one of the ferrets has it, itpoints to IBD> Has your vet discussed taking an intestinal biopsy?
You may want to examine your recipe for ingredients that may be contributing to diarrhea. Many recipes contain a lot of nutrients, but not all of them are appropriate for animals with deminished absorptive capacity.
