Well, you certainly can see number that high, in total renal shutdown. Levels as high as chances meant that the kidneys were not removing any substances from the blood, and that he was what is known as uremic. Levels could conceivably go higher if the animal was kept alive - but it's very rare. Chance obviously had a tremendous will to fight, but his levles are very exceptional.
