Yes.
We personally don't give them to severely compromised individuals -- like those who are on chemotherapeutic agents like Imuran or who have lymphoma, but garden variety adrenal disease has not stopped vaccinations in our four footed family. Of course, if the ferret has recently had the needed surgery for the adrenal disease we give the ferret time to bounce back first.
