Subject: Pawing at mouth

My 4 1/2 year old female was pawing at her mouth for about 30 min. She finally settled down and went to sleep. She has never done this before. She shows no other signs of insulinoma and her glucose levels were good about 6 months ago. Is this something I should worry about and is the start of something in the future.
