While you are at the vet Sunday, have him listen carefully and for a prolonged time to his heart. Observe him when he is sleeping. Is he breathing deeper (harder) than the others?
Cardiomyopathy claimed the life of my 14 month old and it wasn't diagnosed until 45 minutes before the young guy died in my arms. It's not something that is expected in these young kids so I'd get your vet to rule it out.
