I remember Dr Williams talking about a blue dot sign, an apocrine
gland tumor that looks like a small blue BB under the skin.
It is usually found at areas where the ferret has lots of scent glands-
like around prepuce, vulva, head and neck.

Hemangioma type growths are bluish, reddish - look like
blood vessels they are made up of. ( at least they are on humans)

Worth looking into- if you send a picture it may help the docs figure
out what is most likely in that area.

Best bet is to remove it and have it biopsied, once you know the
diagnosis the prognosis would be easier to determine.
