Subject: Things I have learned: vision needs, navigating

Shelley Knudsen wrote me with useful data.

Her little one went back to having a Level 3 heart block and is still maintained, but not reversed.

Here are some of the things she taught me today (some of which might apply for Seven and some not depending on what else shows up in her tests and pathology).

Bronchiodilators like Aminophylline (which Sev is using) and Theophylline (which her little one is using) also aid in conductivity, but there are side aspects that have to be considered. They can raise insulin levels so our vet is returning Warp's last unopenned bottle of diazoxide that we'd left with them for anyone who couldn't afford it because Sev might wind up needing it. That also means that I have to go to old archives and find and copy all the stuff on glucose testing at home (sources of machines, which work well, costs, how to do it, etc.) In addition, they conflict with MANY things: many meds, many herbs. I don't know, yet, if they conflict with any supplements but will need to look that up, too.

She had found that her ferret has needed a number of increases in bronchiodilator; it sounds like her little one can be gotten into a more normal range than Sevie has approached, so perhaps it's not as extreme a difference as Sev's situation, or perhaps that is from medication tuning they we just haven't yet acheived.

All we can do is to try and hope that Sevie has some luck.
