We've had stiff straightened legs with advanced lympho when the nodes seemed to interfere, and we have had very advanced peripheral edema in one who had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. In the latter case the only that helped beyond her meds was massage which has also helped with some who had lympho (in that situation esp. massages of the lower legs and feet seemed to help).
