Dear Michelle:

Three times in the last several months is probably not something that should throw you into a panic. Ferrets of this age may get into things that they shouldn't, like soap, or anything else they can get in their mouth. This often causes transient GI upset.

Weight loss is not uncommon in this time of year, especially in males. Without a repetitive problem, or some other corroborating signs of disease, I don't think it is anything to become excited over at this point.
