Has your little one been outside? The reason I ask is I have have seen these type of "markings" on dogs and cats after e being bitten by a tick. The "red dots" you refer could possibly be where the tick inserts his sucking mechanism to draw blood for their meal. In regard to the spot of hair missing, this also happens to cats and dogs once they have been bitten. Ayone else care to take a stab at this?
