Since we got the two in late April, my female had no hair like the other pi=
ctures that show the signs of Adrenal Disease. But she didnt have a lot of =
the other signs to go with the hair loss. In 3 months time, she went from =
being this poor little girl, who didnt want to do anything and slept all th=
e time. she acted lethargy, but she never had the swollen vulva, to go with=
the list of signs of the disease. Im not stupid to think, its not the disea=
se either. And I know the only way is to have her checked out by a Vet!!!!!=
( But could it be possible to think of this, they had a playmate before I g=
ot them, could it be that it was her mate? And her signs of illness could =
be from grief???? Has anyone else had a ferrett, that became so sick from t=
he loss of another one that it caused such stress, hairloss, sickly???? Plu=
s the fact the last owners were not able to spend as much time with the fer=
retts like before. So this added more grief?? now 4 months later, shes so=
playful, we played in a sack for a good 15min last night, this one game an=
d you could tell she was having a great time, she eats more now, shes still=
growing new hair in some spots, shes getting into things as much as my mal=
e is. I hope someone would have more info on grief, maybe pictures or just=
personal stories. thank you all...lee =
