Extraneous material reduces vet participation in the list because they have too much to wae through.
NEVER have a quote that is longer than what you write yourself. (Vets do not have to follow this rule, obviously.)
DO make sure that automatic notifications are shut off.
Straight sympathy posts must go directly the recipient, while ones with health content that teach can be posted.
