Hi, everyone,
I posted about 10 or 11 days ago about Podo, my nearly eight year old
who had insulinoma surgery and went into cardiac arrest while
waking up from anaesthesia.
I just thought you'd all like to know that the story has a happy ending.
Podo has no ill effects at all and the surgery has relieved all the
insulinoma symptoms. I have my happy, bouncy, playful, and loving boy
back. I already know we've improved his quality of life. Hopefully
we've extended it quite a bit as well.
There is no subsitute for a good, experienced ferret vet. We're
fortunate to have one here.
All the best,
Caity
