That was me that wrote about the baby. For info on what the AFA is trying to do, go to their website and they have a link on there that tells about the guidelines they're trying to get passed, along with asking for people to write their stories about when they saw this and send it in when the time comes to help get it passed. www.ferret.org is the site, and it's on the first thing you'll see.
