I suspect this breaks down to "possibly indicative" versus what is
diagnostic, how to jump most rapidly toward diagnosis when JL is
present, and how to deal with it. For Helix we had to have a
thoracic aspirate that was checked by a pathologist/oncologist at the
AMC but most places won't have those facilities or expertise, and the
rarity of JL and it's ability to look like so many things complicates
matters.

Right now some vets away, so if a post needs vet input it may pay to
ask again after their return is noticed.
