I used to sell Flor-Essence around '95-'97...wow things have changed
regarding it, that's for sure. It's still actually the same stuff. Dr.
Charles A. Brush, worked with Irene Cassie (spelled backwards is Essiac) and
supposedly that is where he got the recipe and gave the recipe to Irene
Alexander who, due to legalities called her "version" Flor*Essence. There's
enough controversy to fuel a bonfire. Anway...you can read more about that

I don't know much about the additional herbs and how they relate to
ferrets...just humans and dogs. :-)
