Subject: Blackhead?

Sprite came into the shelter about a week ago. She had a small bump on her tail. I thought it might be a blackhead. However the vet (not our normal one) said that it looks like a growth (like a tumor). He said it looks like it was injured or stepped on (yeah, and then he stepped on her!). He said they could drain it and see how that does.
What is your opinion? I have a picture of it in my photo album called Ferret Corner.
