Possible if you'd said a much shorter time but even then not likely. The mite species are host species specific. There have been a very few short cases and one researcher was interviewed on NPR after purposely giving himself ear mites from either a dog or a cat after having a child come in with such a difficulty. Both his and the child's problems cleared up very rapidly on their own.

Ears should not be fooled with. Go the doctor, please. It may be something as simple as needing a careful wax removal with warmed oil by an expert, or could indicate a sinus infection that just hasn't taken off (yet), or any number of things -- all of which should be checked into and fixed as appropriate.
