Thank you to everyone that replied to my Ibd questions. This group has a wealth of knowledge and information. My ferret Bandit will be 4 next month and has had something strange under his arm for the last few months that I think might be a mast cell tumor. There are times that it is scabbed, other days just a small light pink to flesh covered bump with no scab, and the other day it was larger bright pink with scab and today just barely noticible again. At first I thought maybe one of the other ferrets bit him in play and that it would go away, but it always comes back. Could it be mast cell? Are these removed or just biopsied?
