I think good observation is indicated here. Watch the ferret's attitude,
fecal output, hydration status, and appetite. If a problem persists, then
contact your vet. Some common causes of vomiting in ferrets include dietary
indiscretion, foreign body ingestion, and gastroenteritis. Hairballs are
pretty uncommon. From there, if there is still a problem a good physical
exam and radiographs are indicated.
