If she had a bilateral adrenalectomy she could be suffering an Addison's
crash. That happens when the body isn't getting enough of the adrenal
hormones. A simple blood test of the amount of sodium and potassium and
the ratio of the two will tellyour vet if she needs supportive
medication. I am not a vet.
