Can you elaborate a bit on the use of percortin ? The 1 Addisonian crisis I
had to manage was put on fludrocortisone (Florinef) which has been the
traditional drug for management of these ferrets. Is the percortin
longer-acting or somehow better?

Yes, she could be Addisonian. This can kill, quickly. I suggest
you get her electrolytes checked ASAP and an injection of percortin
if they are out of whack. Fluids will help, too.
