THank you again for your response,
So far I am at a loss for a surgeon with either cryo or laser. I have one more vet to check with on the laser and possible ligation. If not then I will try to keep him as comfortable as possible. I do not want to keep opening Tank every three months.

We found that while lupron appeared to yield positive results in hair growth and overall lethargy, it did not appear to have any effect on behvioral abnormailities, among other factors. Additionally, six of the fifty animals during the course of the study either required surgery or were euthanized as a result of rapidly growing adrenal malignancies concurrent with Lupron administration.

I was told it was not effective especially on the Behavior issues that go with adrenal carinoma. So far I have not been effective in finding a vet to go in and remove the remaining piece attached to the vena cava. Tank has responded well to lupron in the past as far as the hair loss, but not much in the obsessive grooming and mounting. He did have a short period of time after the first surgery of relative peace.
