I've gone and modified a midwest cage for my guys setting up three
entire levels for them to live on instead of the shelves, etc.
Because I hated those ramps that come with the midwest (they seem SO
steep), I instead used corrugated sewer pipe between floors. Without
going into confusing detail, I attached it to the cage with zip ties
and my guys like it. Most of them like to slide down it upside
down. I think the raised bumps on the tubes must feel like a little
back massage.

The hanging "bubble wave" tubes that you can get for the cages -
well, my guys have never liked those.

Just some additional experience on the topic.

Sincerely,
Erin
