Subject: Allergies or mange!
Hello Michelle,
I got the mange from a rescue ferret a couple of
years ago and I itched and scratched just as you
describe! Have you taken the ferrets to the vet to
have them treated for mange just incase? Even if you
have been treated, you may be passing it back and
forth between you and the ferrets, you will both need
to be treated at the same time!
You might want to check your litter, bedding,
soap etc.. to see if your might have an allergy to
something else in your environment! It sounds like you
really love your ferrets and maybe it has nothing to
do with them---Angela.
