Well, Scooter was like that and when we took him in we said to
the vet that before he blocked (in his case so fully and suddenly
that he had to be emptied by needle) that he'd been
asymptomatic. As the vet replied, "Well, since he's blocking he's
not asymptomatic any more!" Yep, his left adrenal was up... His
prostate went down very rapidly after surgery which was done on
an emergency basis the morning after he blocked.
