Hi Katherine,
In my grocery store, there is heavy cream and heavy whipping cream.
They come in the same size little pint containers. I believe the
heavy whipping cream's container is purple colored and the heavy
cream is in an aqua blue colored container. I am not sure what the
difference is - ingredients seem the same, but for us humans, heavy
whipping cream is used to make whipped cream and heavy cream is good
for making ice cream. I use the heavy cream (not whipping cream)
when I need to, but not the whipping cream. But I'm not sure what
the difference for ferrets is though. Maybe someone else will have
better information on that.
