Subject: Poppy / swollen belly
Anemic?
Low glucose (insulinoma?)
low albumin - Like Bandit
Fluid on belly-non diagnostic / not normal
does anyone recognize these symptoms to anything. Poppy has
the swollen belly/ enlarged spleen, although i did feel her
today, and not sure if spleen is still swollen. Bandit had
swollen belly/enlarged spleen prior to Poppys development, and
he had blood tests, hence the low albumin for both? Appetite
is still good, she is alert, and wants to come out, but
struggles with balance sometimes, due probably to belly
enlarged, while trying to get up from bed. Has been suggested
to check her heart, already, just thought i would add these to
her charted symptoms. Poppy is mobile and shows no signs of
pain, or even discomfort, but...who knows how much these
critters can handle?
