Subject: chromium

Does anyone know the dosage of chromium for a 2 lb. ferret to raise
insulin levels? Chance is recovering from insulinoma surgery and his
sugar is still high, although it has gone done a bit in the past 24
hours. I tested at home and it was 476. Urine test strip showed
trace. My vet said we could try chromium and he is going to try to
find the dosage. Also, what kind should I buy if there are different
types?
