Yes, ALL reactions to ALL vaccines can be reported to the USDA via a form
that can be filled out on: http://www.fda.gov/cvm/forms/fda1932.pdf
If all ferret owners would see to it that this form is filled out by their
vets, perhaps something could or would be done about getting the vaccines
safer.
