Subject: Sneezy Ferret
A little help from my ferret friends:
I noticed Felix has been sneezing a little more than
usual the last two nights. However I don't know if
it's a problem he's had for a while. He was being
boarded with a vet while we settled into our new home
(wasn't allowed in hotels in the area).
I don't notice any watery eyes or runny nose. He seems
to be eating, drinking and poopin'. But he just has
these bouts where he sneezes consecutively every blue
moon.
I want to mention also that when we picked him up from
the vet on Saturday, they used all his litter (corn
cobbing) and no store in our area carried anything
close. So I bought Fresh Start kitty litter until I
can get to a REAL pet store. He's also staying in his
small carrier temporarily until all our furniture
arrives. I'm wondering if any of these things may be
causing the sneezes or if he could be sick. My husband
has been under the weather but knows better than to
have him near his face when we are sick.
Am I just being over protective or should I rush him
to the vet?
