Pred is a steroid that is used as an anti-inflammatory. I'm glad to
hear that he's drinking - you don't want him getting dehydrated. If
he's not eating the kibble, have you tried offering him some slightly
warmed chicken or turkey baby food or some Hill's A/D? It might help
him out if he's got an upset tummy? If you decide to offer him some
baby food, make sure you only use the Heinz or Gerber second
stage "Chicken and chicken gravy" or "Turkey and turkey gravy" - not
any of the fancy stuff with rice or fruit in them.
