Subject: Re: [Ferret-Health-list] Still Sneezin'

We took our two ferrets to the in-laws house over
Christmas. They had new carpet installed recently.
Both ferrets were itching and sneezing like crazy
while we were there. Also one of my ferrets seems to
have seasonal allergies. Whenever I start sneezing
due to something in the air, she starts sneezing too -
not a lot but enough to notice the difference. It
doesn't seem to slow her down though. Putting a
better quality filter in the heat/air system seemed to
help both of us. I didn't medicate in either instance
but then in the case of the carpet the problem was
solved when we left.
