You'll want to clear this with your vet first, but here's what I
would do...

First, break the pill up and put into 10 ml's of water and let it
dissolve. This will give you a solution of 600 mg per 10 ml, or 60
mg per ml. Then, give her 0.6 ml of this solution. That will equal
36 mg, which is very close to 1/16th of the 600 mg pill (1/16th of
the pill is equal to 37.5 mg). Close enough in my opinion.

Note that the Carafate will not stay in suspension in the water, so
shake it very well before measuring out each dose.
